Claims for returns or refunds must be made within 10 days after the delivery of the Products.

Products must be unopened, unsealed, and undamaged to be eligible for return.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by Buyer unless the return is due to an error by Seller.
